Challenges in Family Farming
Farming Today turns the spotlight on family succession as Howard Shannon investigates the relationships between the farming generations.
Today we turn the spotlight on family succession as we investigate the relationships between the farming generations. Howard Shannon has been to meet two families who face very different problems. We also hear how the older generation have often found the handover process to be a fraught one and why in one case a third party intermediary was the answer.
