The time arrives and Lillian is zipped into her dress, feeling excited she is interrupted by a knock at the door. It's Justin, who privately tells her he cannot go through with the marriage. He explains to her the prenuptial, much like the marriage is unnecessary and would only complicate things, he loves her too much to be defined by contracts and felt it would only be another trap for them.
