Emma's annoyed that Joe's offered to look after Ruby during the honeymoon. She's afraid this might cause problems with their own dog Holly. Eddie admits Joe's been offered money.

Later, at Ambridge view Emma tells Susan about Ed's job offer, Susan insists she should put her foot down and not let Ed turn down the offer. Later, Ed confesses to Emma that he fears he'd lose his independence accepting the job, as well as the money not paying for a mortgage. Emma suggests asking Adam for a bit more money.

The conservatory works well, however it doesn't take long before Lynda returns to her usual over the top adlibbing, much to everyone's annoyance. The final straw comes when Lynda mentions Susan's stint in prison that Alan finally agrees to have a word with her.
