Secondary Ticket Sales, Can I Get In? Broadband Speeds From The 90s and Playing Our Part with Carers NI
This week we tackle secondary ticket sales, broadband speeds from the 90s and we'll be 'Playing Our Part', focusing on loneliness from the carer's perspective.
This week we tackle secondary ticket sales - buying tickets from an intermediate company. Liz paid well over the odds, didn't get the tickets she thought she was buying and isn't sure if she'll get into the show on the night... Philippa McKeown-Brown from The Consumer Council will be live in the studio to comment.
Also broadband speed, could you live with speeds from the 90s? Craig's neighbours were getting seven times better speed and service and nobody was able to help him. We hear why he had to come to On Your Behalf to get it sorted.
And Playing Our Part - This year's Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Northern Ireland Christmas appeal is focused on the causes and effects of loneliness. We're looking at loneliness from the carer's perspective and Clare-Ann Magee from Carers NI will be live in the studio.
Plus, as Christmas approaches we talk about posting your packages over the festive period and how to make sure you choose the right service.
