Adam Walton and guests explore the science behind brewing.
There's a visit to the Big Hand Brewing Company in Wrexham where they have been busy preparing for the festive season with their new "Bad Santa" beer. Adam gets a peek behind the scenes of the science (and art) of the brewing process.
