ON THE PHONE IN
Broadband firms will no longer be able to advertise their fast net services based on the speeds just a few customers get, from May next year. Currently ISPs are allowed to use headline speeds that only 10% of customers will actually receive. In future, adverts must be based on what is available to at least half of customers at peak times.

Kaye speaks to the mum looking for justice for her son who was killed by a punch last New Year's Day. Shaun Woodburn died after he was attacked by a 16-year-old outside a pub in Leith. The schoolboy who killed Shaun was sentenced to four years' detention. Denise Syme tells us about her meeting with the Crown Office on Monday to discuss an appeal against the sentencing.
