David Dimbleby presents live coverage from the Cenotaph for the nation's Remembrance Sunday commemorations. This year, Her Majesty the Queen will observe proceedings from the balcony of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, while a wreath is laid on her behalf by the Prince of Wales. The prime minister, leading politicians, representatives from governments of the Commonwealth, the armed forces and faith leaders join thousands of veterans for the Two-Minute Silence. Followed by the national service of commemoration and the Royal British Legion's march past to commemorate the sacrifice of the British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts. Sophie Raworth meets some of the veterans taking part to share their experiences and heroic stories.
