Reporter and nutritionist Frankie Vaughan shares her top tips for how to keep fuelled on long distance bike rides.

We'll be speaking with fundraisers across the country who are doing their bit to raise awareness and cash for Children in Need, including: a sleepover in the haunted Comlongin Castle, a penguin paddle board adventure, a wintry hike up Ben Nevis and a late-night zip line.

And we'll be hearing from some of the groups of who have benefitted from receiving funds from Children in Need, including the LINKES community project in Glasgow, and Transition Extreme in Aberdeen.
