Chocolate, Disability benefits, Gambling adverts

Disabled people applying for Personal Independence Payment are recording their assessments to make sure assessors write up their reports accurately. Presented by Shari Vahl.

Disabled people are making audio recordings of their benefit assessments, because they don't trust assessors to write up the interviews accurately. We hear from a listener with ME who was turned down for Personal Independence Payment. He claims his report doesn't reflect his answers at all - and he has a tape recording to prove it.

The Advertising Standards Authority is cracking down on gambling adverts that encourage people in debt to gamble as a way out of their problems. The adverts were created by "affiliates," but the regulator says the buck stops with the gambling firms. We speak to the ASA and Ladbrokes.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔless people are giving tours of major tourist destinations to show a different side of the cities where they live. We speak to the guides and the visitors about what they get out of the experience.

More of us are staying put in our homes instead of moving house to wait and see what happens after Brexit. It means more people are extending and improving their homes instead. A new TV series on Channel 4 called Best Laid Plans follows families as they extend their homes. We speak to presenter and architect Charlie Luxton about what you should think about before getting the builders in.

We report from the Chocolate Show at London's Olympia to find out why we're turning away from mass produced brands and instead opting for more niche artisan and unusual chocolate.

And, we have an update on Drive Dynamics, a national driving school.. Listeners tell us they are booking lessons which don't materialise and then they can't get their money back.
