The National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh is hosting the largest exhibition on the Jacobites in 70 years. Reporter Debbie McPhail takes a walk round with David Forsyth, Principal Curator of the exhibition, to discover how objects can shed light on the faith of the Jacobites and their supporters - including the most famous one of all - Bonnie Prince Charlie himself.

At the start of Black History Month, Ricky reflects on how those who made their money in the slave trade are commemorated in Scotland's biggest cities and what roles statues play in 21st century Scotland. His guests are Melina Valdelievre who is campaigning to have a statue of Field Marshall Frederick Roberts removed from Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow, Edinburgh architect Jude Barber and Bob Davis, Professor of Religious and Cultural Education at Glasgow University.

Last year Post-Truth was named as International Word of the Year by Oxford Dictionaries and we seem to be living in a time when we are being bombarded with statements of opinion rather than engaging in debate. What better time for philosopher, Julian Baggini, to join Ricky to talk about his new book "A Short History of Truth: Consolations for a Post-Truth World"?

2017 is the centenary of the Scottish Women's Institute, formally the Scottish Women's Rural Institute. Their founder was the irrepressible Catherine Blair, a prominent suffragette who set up the organisation in an attempt to remedy the isolation felt by many women who lived in the countryside. Bella Porteous has been a member of the SWI for 77 years and recounts the day she met Catherine Blair at a meeting in Longniddry.
