Jules Evans is a philosopher who is policy director at the Centre for the History of Emotions at the University of London. He has been running sessions with Saracens rugby club to support the players not only in their sporting life, but in their personal lives too. Β He explains to Clare why his techniques of mindfulness, yoga and the works of the great philosophers have been so successful.
