The winner of this year's 麻豆约拍 Food and Farming 'Farming Today Future Food Producer' is revealed, as are the recipients of the awards for Countryfile Young Farmer of the Year and Food Producer of the Year. Emma Campbell reports from the red carpet.

Currently there's a shortage of farm secretaries and administrators. Chris Jones - the former director of Walford Agricultural College in Shropshire - has created a new course in rural administration which he hopes will attract more people into this side of the business.
