Brit Krishna 'Kris' Maharaj, speaks exclusively from a Florida prison on the new hearing that could finally free him. The former Peckham-based fruit-importer has spent 31 years behind bars for a 1986 Miami double murder he swears he didn't commit. We hear from Kris's lawyer, Clive Stafford Smith, and private investigator Gary McDaniel on evidence they've uncovered which suggests a Columbian drug cartel was behind the killings, and from Kris's wife Marita who's dedicated her life to supporting him.
