Britain is to ban all new petrol and diesel cars and vans from 2040 because of fears they pose a risk to public health. Are you in a rush to buy electric? Should you be compensated?

50 years ago in Britain you could be arrested for loving someone of the same sex. Those laws have changed. Isn't it time the Church changed too?
