Nick Heyward, the former Haircut 100 frontman, joins Sara Cox to relive his 80s experiences - a case of 'Boy Meets Girl' indeed.

The singer of such hits as 'Love Plus One', 'Fantastic Day' and 'Blue Hat For A Blue Day' chats to Sara about the heady days of Haircut 100, including super fans not just camping outside but staying IN Nick's parents' house! There's also chat about swinging around Tarzan style for pop videos, recording as a solo star in Abbey Road, suffering anxiety attacks, and the concept nature of his latest album. Nick is also refreshingly honest as to his reason for playing the Rewind Festivals this Summer!

And, as ever, Sara has a fabulous selection of 80s pop videos for you - tonight's selection features some iconic hair do's (and some hair don'ts) of the decade! From A Flock of Seagulls to Bon Jovi.
