Graham Perolls OBE
Graham is the founder of Hospices of Hope based in both the UK and America. After relocating to Romania in 2013 he founded the first charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for terminally ill children and adults in Romania, Hospice Casa Sperantei.

Sr Gemma Simmonds
Sr Gemma is a sister of the Congregation of Jesus, living a religious life based on the Jesuit model.Β  A senior lecturer in pastoral theology at Heythrop College in London, she teaches spirituality and is director of the Religious Life Institute.Β
