Farming Today is on a summer tour looking at food and farming across the country. This week we're focussing on England and today we hear how heritage apples could help today's modern apple growers. We have a special report from an Oxfordshire orchard.
And after presenter Charlotte Smith gave a sort of nasty Mohican haircut to a sheep in Sussex, we're in Scotland with some novice sheep shearers learning how to cut a woolly short back and sides!
Presenter: Charlotte 'Shears' Smith
Producer: Sybil 'Captain Mainwaring' Ruscoe.
