Chef Eddie Atwell, 'The Quiet Man Station' campaign, Roma Tomelty's life in theatre, and the man who made history at the toughest race on earth.
Chef Eddie Atwell, one of the chefs representing Northern Ireland in the Great British Menu, joins John in the studio to talk about cooking under the TV spotlight. Paula is celebrating Comber Earlies and making Italian schiaccata bread with rosemary and garlic, and a homemade potato salad. Mark Gibson from Ballyglunin in County Mayo discusses his international crowd funding campaign to restore "The Quiet Man" train station. Roma Tomelty is in the studio extolling the virtues of getting young people into acting as well as discussing her own life on the stage. And John speaks to ex-soldier Duncan Slater as he prepares to give a talk at Maghaberry Prison about how he made history after becoming the first double leg amputee to complete one of the toughest races on earth.
