This week: what can go wrong online. A recent survey found that a third (34%) of people asked would rather live without central heating than the internet, 14% would give up their mains water supply and a staggering 34% said they would rather cut off a finger! With these statistics it is no surprise that online fraud is on the increase. These cyber scams are bringing down major companies and organisations such as the NHS with ransomware. But what is it? And how do we protect ourselves? Tony Neate of Get Safe Online is live and will explain it in simpler terms.
