The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2017

For the first time Chris is uprooting the Breakfast Show and planting it at The RHS Chelsea Flower Show with special guests and take-away tips for budding horticulturists.

Chris is uprooting the Breakfast Show from Wogan House and planting it at The RHS Chelsea Flower Show. He'll be taking a sneak peak at the hundreds of exhibits at the show and meeting some of the brilliant brains behind them. There will be special guests and take-away tips for all budding horticulturists as Chris explores the gardens situated on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London.

This year to celebrate Radio 2's 50th anniversary, the station teams up with Chelsea to bring you, for the first time ever, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 2 Feel Good Gardens - five gardens showcasing how plants can enrich and indulge each of the five human senses: sight, sound, taste, smell and touch. The gardens are named after five of our Radio 2 presenters, each of whom has played a part in their designs. There will be: The Chris Evans Taste Garden - designed by Jon Wheatley with the help of Mary Berry, The Jo Whiley Scent Garden - designed by Kate Savill and Tamara Bridge with help from perfume genius Jo Malone, The Anneka Rice Colour Cutting Garden - designed by Sarah Raven, The Jeremy Vine Texture Garden - designed by Matt Keightley, and finally The Zoe Ball Listening Garden - designed by James Alexander-Sinclair.

Every year The RHS Chelsea Flower Show welcomes 165,000 visitors who come to see over 500 exhibits, including Show Gardens, Artisan Gardens and Fresh Gardens. Held at Chelsea since 1912, it is the most famous flower and landscape gardens show in the world.
