The celebrity chef with an ear for brass

TV chef, brass band enthusiast and sometime tuba player Brian Turner talks to Frank Renton.

TV chef and occasional tuba player Brian Turner tells Frank Renton about his two lifelong passions, cooking and the brass band. He recalls that his musical talents didn't exactly lead to him being fought over by any of the sections of the Salvation Army bands he played with in his younger days. But the music and the friendship he found there has inspired him and stayed with him all his life.
