Sean Curran reports from Westminster where the Government defends its decision to delay publicaton of its plans to tackle air pollution until after the general election.
The Environment Secretary says it would "not be appropriate" to release its plan during the campaign. Labour accuses the Government of using the election as an excuse.
MPs approve legislation that will allow the political parties in Northern Ireland more time to reach agreement on the creation of a new power-sharing executive.
