Smartphone addiction, Rory Bremner on ADHD and Ask the Vet

How worried should people be about their relationship with tablets and smartphones? Plus comedian Rory Bremner talks about life after an ADHD diagnosis.

According to the psychologist Dr Aric Sigman, children should not be given tablets or smartphones to play with until the age of two
And then they should have their daily 'screen time' limited to an hour a day until they are at least five.
He warned that too much screen time could lead to 'screen dependency disorder' which could last for a lifetime.

Rory Bremner is best known for his comedy performances and impressions. During a recent documentary for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Horizon's he was diagnosed with ADHD ... He tells us about life after diagnosis just after 10am.

Can you Name the Place
Clue 1: This place is recorded with a Gaelic name in the 11th century, a Latin name in the 12th century, a Scots name in the 13th century, and a French name in the 14th century. But all the names have the same meaning.
Clue 2: The place-name refers to the same type of building as others such as Ecclesmachan, Kilmarnock, Kirkcudbright and Whithorn.
Clue 3: Whereas Ecclesmachan, Kilmarnock and Kirkcudbright contain saints' names, this place-name refers to the building material.
