British Sea Power and Holly Macve
Roddy Hart welcomes enigmatic Brighton band British Sea Power and Yorkshire-raised Holly Macve to The Quay Sessions.
Roddy Hart welcomes the enigmatic British Sea Power to the show. Creatively experimental and ambitious, the Brighton band will perform songs from their latest album Let The Dancers Inherit The Party which was partly recorded on the Isle Of Skye. Also performing will be Holly Macve with songs from her new album Golden Eagle. Holly was born in Galway and raised in Yorkshire, but you'd be forgiven for thinking this singer-songwriter grew up in the Appalachian mountains with her vocals being likened to Patsy Cline and Gillian Welch.
