Mika celebrates the singer-songwriter Harry Nilsson and performs a cover of his track 'Without Her' live at the Elton John piano. Mika plays some of the most famous tracks written by Harry and also the iconic songs which made him world famous but were in fact not his own compositions, including 'Without You' and 'Everybody's Talkin'. Nilsson was one of the most interesting and influential songwriters with The Beatles citing him as one of their favourite artists. He won Grammy Awards and had his songs performed by Three Dog Night, The Monkees and Fifth Dimension. Mika is a Brit Award winning and Grammy nominated singer-songwriter who's sold millions of records around the world and he uses his own experiences of making music to reveal more about the writing process. He also shares his passion and enthusiasm for the songs of Joni Mitchell, why they mean so much to him and how they always remained honest.
