Unfinished Business and Training with Family
Runner Roddy Riddle talks about tackling unfinished business, plus Gillian Russell hears what training with the family is like and if spring is a good time to reset goals.
Long-distance runner and T1 diabetic Roddy Riddle had unfinished business. Last year he attempted the 6633 Ultra (a 350-mile Arctic race) but didn't complete it. He vowed to go back and get the job done ... and now he has, the first Scot ever to finish and second overall in this year's race. Roddy tells Gillian Russell what the experience was like and why it was so important for him to tackle that unfinished business.
