Call You and Yours: What Helped You Cope With Bereavement?
Consumer phone-in.
Shari Vahl asks: what helped you cope with bereavement?
In a special Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Programme Rio Ferdinand will speak about the death of his wife and how it affected his children.
The former England football captain lost his wife Rebecca to breast cancer in 2015, when she was just 34. The couple's three children are now aged ten, eight and five. He says he never realised how much his wife did for their children until she had gone. The former Manchester United star says getting used to life as a single parent has been a steep learning curve: things such as getting the kids ready for school and doing his daughter's hair.
