Stephen Jardine sits in

Stephen Jardine sits in for Kaye Adams and asks listeners if carrier bag charges made them change their behaviour, following proposals for a 25 pence charge for disposable cups.

According to Cardiff University research, disposable coffee cup usage could be cut dramatically if charges were brought in with incentives to promote re-usable cups.
They say that the UK's usage of an estimated 2.5bn disposable coffee cups each year could be cut by up to 300 million coffee cups.
Should you be charged an extra 25p to use a disposable coffee cup? Did the bag charge change your behaviour?
