Guest presenter Louise White asks if maternity pay should be increased. Run, hide or summon help - how would you react in a terror crisis?

PHONE IN: Maternity Pay
Statutory maternity pay for UK mothers is among the worst in Europe, according to an analysis by the TUC. The trade union body says only Ireland and Slovakia have worse "decently paid" entitlements. Most UK mums get 39 weeks guaranteed pay which is nearly three times the 14 week EU minimum requirement but the TUC wants to see an increase in Statutory Maternity Pay to the same level as the minimum wage arguing that many women return to work early as they need money. Do we need to increase maternity pay?
