A Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Office Minister has faced claims that a British man, formerly detained at Guantanamo Bay and who's reported to have carried out a I.S. suicide bombing, was paid a million pounds in compensation. Susan Hulme reports on the exchanges in the Commons.
