Ricky Ross talks to John Bird, Big Issue founder and member of the House of Lords.
Member of the House of Lords and hugely successful entrepreneur, John Bird was born into poverty, imprisoned for theft as a teenager and homeless in Edinburgh by 21. He turned his life around and in September 1991 launched The Big Issue, transforming the fortunes of countless homeless people.
