Goals for 2017 & Tyrone Movie Set For Sundance

Vinny sets goals with a 'Vision Board', Fitness instructor Kaja Choma pops by to talk about embracing your uniqueness & we find out about the Tyrone movie 'Bad Day For The Cut'.

What does 2017 have in store? Holistic therapist Caroline Dunne helps presenter Vinny Hurrell to set his own personal goals with the help of a 'Vision Board' to pinpoint his aspirations in his career, romance and health.

We counter the idea of a 'New Year, New Me' ethos with Kaja Choma from Dungannon, who talks about the importance of embracing your own uniqueness. Kaja struggled for years to overcome her feelings of rejection due to her Polish heritage, and has recently claimed gold in the gym instructor category of the WorldSkills UK Fitness Trainer Competition.

Plus film-makers Chris Baugh from Eskra, Brendan Mullin from Strabane, and actor Nigel O'Neill tell us about the upcoming Sundance Film Festival premiere of their debut thriller movie 'Bad Day For The Cut' - set on a Tyrone farm.
