Alexandra Heminsley tells us about her new book about becoming an open water swimmer.
Women will be taking to the streets in Washington, London and cities around the globe on 21st of January to take a stand on a range of social justice and human rights issues. We hear from an organiser of the London march Emma McNalley, Kelly Dittmar Assistant Research Professor at the Centre for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University and from Jan Halper-Hayes who is part of the Trump transition team.

Diana Henry's new book 'Simple' offers everyday recipes with the minimum of effort. She cooked the perfect Seared Tuna with Preserved Lemon, Olives and Avocado.
