Carolyn Quinn is joined by the Conservative MP Sir Nicholas Soames, Labour's Gisela Stuart and the political commentators Anushka Asthana of the Guardian and Tim Montgomerie from The Times, to review an eventful year in politics and look forward to 2017. They discuss the state of the main political parties, progress on Brexit, and the war in Syria. The programme also includes an interview with the former head of civil service, Lord O'Donnell.
