Milk Production - the price of dairy products have significantly picked up recently and the processors have raised their milk price but Welsh dairy farmers say they're continuing to sell milk at well below the cost of production. Low returns and the high cost of production has led to some farmers either quitting the dairy industry or in some cases diversifying within it. We look at two farms looking for better returns on their milk. At near Bridgend it's 10 years since they decided to process their own milk on farm and in Monmouthshire the Robinson family of are now selling Raw Milk online.
We visit the Seaweed Farm set up in a Pembrokeshire estuary to look at the potential of using .
Bara Brith Bake Off - Bakers from not just here in Wales but from across the Globe will be competing in the first ever which is being held in Llandudno at the end of the week.
