Tony needs a favour, and Kate's efforts are assessed.

Peggy reminisces with Pat about old times and old loves as they look up at Jack Woolley's memorial window at the church. Lynda, back from caring for Coriander, wishes Peggy a happy 92nd birthday - she doesn't look at day over 75!
At the tearoom, Rob angles to adjust his midweek contact arrangement but Tony's having none of it. As he leaves, Rob states his next contact time needs to start at 8.30am. Tony protests the tearoom's not open at that time but Rob doesn't care.
Kate updates Lynda on the casting for the Christmas show. Due to the number of people who have dropped out, Kate thinks it would be much better to scrap Mother Goose and do a talent show instead.

Lynda is despondent with Kate's poor casting results for the Christmas show. While she's been away she's been working hard on the script. Robert tries to soothe her and tells her if anyone can turn the show's fortunes around it's her. Lynda is ready to admit defeat but Robert pushes her to not give up.
