It's film day on The Janice Forsyth Show: Rosamund Pike discusses her starring role in the gripping biographical love-story A United Kingdom which is already generating award season buzz; it's a biographical romantic drama about Prince Seretse Khama, later to become the first president of Botswana, who causes a diplomatic stir when he marries a white woman from London in the late 1940's.
Regular Critics, Ross Maclean & Nathanael Smith will share their thoughts on it and on this week's other big cinema releases, including, the critically-acclaimed Paterson - quiet, thoughtful and deeply human, Jim Jarmusch's new film and features Adam Driver as a poetry-writing bus-driver!
And you better watch out - Bad Santa 2 is coming to town - our critics will also discuss Billy Bob Thornton's new film - he stars alongside Kathy Bates and Tony Cox in this long-gestating sequel to the Christmas-themed black comedy.
Later in the show, Amy Macdonald, the Scottish born singer-songwriter, guitarist and recording artist performs live in the studio for us and previews her first UK tour in 4 years!
All that and on the 25th anniversary of his death, author Mark Blake discuss his new biography on the late great Freddie Mercury: A Kind of Magic!
