Euan McIlwraith joins Fiona Stalker live from Transition Extreme in Aberdeen for a Children in Need Out for the Weekend special!

Fiona is joined by Euan McIlwraith, live from Transition Extreme in Aberdeen, for a Children in Need Out for the Weekend special!

As part of Children in Need's Do You Thing, climbing fan Fiona is planning to climb the length of the Empire State Building....watch this space!

Meanwhile Euan will aim to overcome his fear of heights....

Social Media Wizz Ken Banks joins Fiona to keep us up-to-date with all our listener correspondence!

Ken Huthcheon didn't take up climbing until he was 66 years old and ten years later he's still hard at it! Fiona caught up with him to find out why he loves it so much...

We find out about some of the many good causes that have benefitted from Children in Need funding... Claire White, Helen Needham and Bryan Burnett have all been out and about ...

If chocolate is your thing then Perth is the place to be this weekend, Claire White got a sneak preview ahead of the outdoor Chocolate Festival!

We'll be keeping Euan VERY busy... as well as climbing he'll also be having some coaching lessons in the Skate Park and getting some advice from the BMX experts...

And if that's not enough, we will be finishing the programme with a live rendition from the Granite City Men's Chorus!
