On Remembrance Sunday, Roy will be talking to Antony Metcalfe of the Poppy Appeal in Wales and finds out how in 2016 people are being asked to Rethink Remembrance, as the appeal highlights its work with servicemen and women injured in recent conflicts, as well as commemorating the sacrifice of those who fought and died in the 1st and 2nd World Wars.
