Susan Hulme reports from Westminster as the government considers a change in the law on rape in England and Wales in the wake of the Ched Evans case. Also on the programme: the Commons agrees to admonish formally two men who worked for News International over the phone-hacking affair, MPs discuss a report on mental health services from a committee of young people, the chief executive of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs says that the tax credits system will not be farmed out to private firms again, and, in the Lords, Brussels is accused of "dysfunctional" and "blundering" over the difficulties in securing a free trade deal between the EU and Canada.
