Susan Hulme reports from Westminster as the new head of the inquiry into child sexual abuse criticises her predecessor and the Foreign Secretary, Boris Johnson, again attacks Russia for its actions in Syria.
The Health Secretary admits to MPs that there are "extraordinary pressures" on frontline health services and that the NHS in England is "not awash with cash". But in Cardiff, the Welsh Finance Secretary delivers his budget and announces an extra Β£240 million for the health service.
