Four officer cadets stranded on a container vessel in the South China Sea are expected to set foot on dry land this morning. The officer trainees, who are studying at City of Glasgow College, were stranded on a Hanjin vessel after the company filed for bankruptcy, meaning ports refused to let the company’s ships dock. Rhona Maclennan is the mother of one of theÌýMerchant Navy cadets who was stranded.
