In the first ever political job share, the Green Party has elected two joint leaders - Caroline Lucas MP and its work and pensions spokesman, Jonathan Bartley. But just how manageable is a senior level job share? What are the pros and cons of sharing a high profile decision-making role, and how do you make it work for both of you and for your employers?

At least 52 per cent of the 1.5 million Syrian refugees in Lebanon are women and girls as are more than 44 per cent of the 250,000 in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Invisible Lives, a new report from NGO Islamic Relief, illustrates the particular problems faced by these women trying to survive and earn a living.

Liv Tyler talks about her new Belstaff capsule collection and share her tips for fashion staples.

Fashion historian Amber Butchart joins us during London Fashion Week to talk about fashion staples. Each day she'll talk about key items that many women have in their wardrobe - the white shirt, the trench coat, the little black dress, jeans and trainers.
