Richard is in demand, and Rob is on a mission.

Phoebe finds Josh collecting eggs and they talk about their impending A-Level results. Josh believes going to university isn't going to help him become a better farmer. He's sure his results won't be good enough anyway. Phoebe questions who they really do the hard work to pass exams for - themselves or their families? She has spoken to Debbie about joining her in Hungary for an internship before starting her degree. Josh queries if she would really turn down Oxford.

Elizabeth, Shula and Jill shop for a new dress for Jill to wear to the opera. Elizabeth bumps into Richard and he asks her about the opera. Shula joins them but Richard has to get going. Later, Shula rings Richard to thank him for his understanding about her dilemma last week. She invites him to the opera but he is already going. Alistair's not going; it's not really his thing, says Shula.

Ursula asks Rob about his statement for the family court hearing. Ursula lists all of Helen's lapses of judgement to make sure they are included. Ursula is sure that the result is a foregone conclusion. She thinks that Rob and the two boys should move back to the Titchener family home in Hampshire. Rob reminds her that he stopped being a Hampshire boy the day she shipped him off to boarding school. Rob brushes up his CV and puts out some feelers for jobs. Then, he gets a call... from Justin.
