Rio Olympic Download - Day 7

Triple gold for Team GB in men's team pursuit cycling, and in rowing for the men's 4 and the women's pair. Plus 3 more silver medals.

In track cycling Bradley Wiggins, Ed Clancy, Owain Doull and Steven Burke claimed gold in a world record time in the men's team pursuit.

Helen Glover and Heather Stanning defended their London 2012 Olympic title in the women's pair at the rowing at Lake Lagoa.

And Great Britain won the fifth consecutive Olympic title in the men's four with Mohammed Sbihi, George Nash, Constantine Louloudis and Alex Gregory taking gold.

There were also silver medals for Team GB in team dressage, Jazz Carlin in the women's 800m freestyle and Bryony Page in the women's trampoline. Plus a round up of the rest of the day 7 action in Rio.
