A report shows you might earn less than someone else with the same qualifications and you're less likely to get a high ranking job - all because of the colour of your skin. This the reality for black and ethnic minority communities in Britain, according to a new report by the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Plus it's A-level results day in England, Wales and Northern Ireland - with a record number of people securing a place at university.
