Low broadband speeds in some rural areas is a cause of huge frustration to many businesses, farmers and everyday users. But could it be contributing to health problems too? Research from 'Fix Britain's Internet', a campaign that's calling for improved broadband, set up by a coalition of telecoms companies, says that one in ten of us are experiencing stress and anxiety as a result of poor internet connections. Dr David Lewis is a neuropsychologist who's been looking into what kind of effect slow internet connections have on mental and physical health.

Somerset farmer Ed Ling has won an Olympic bronze medal for shooting for Team GB. We speak to his brother Theo who is at home working on the family farm about the victory. As part of our Equine theme we meet farrier Dean Bland at the Isle Valley Equine Clinic in Somerset where he works on some of Britain's top competition horses.

Lastly we hear about a new collaboration between the producers of Wild Knight Vodka and Lacon Ales to show how the same barley can be used to make spirits. Report from the English Spirit Distillery in Essex.
