Paralympian Karen Darke has just been awarded a place in the Rio Paralympic Games. She kept an audio diary while she was training for the World Championship time trials. She shares her feelings of how she was in a negative frame of mind for a while - making excuses, talking herself out of it - and reveals what she had to do to regain a more positive mental attitude.
