Johnnie hears 70s memories from Dave Hill, lead guitarist of Slade.

Johnnie Walker is joined in conversation by Dave Hill from Slade.

Slade rose to prominence during the 1970s with 17 consecutive Top 10 hits and an incredible six number ones. In terms of single sales, they were one of the most successful British groups of the decade with songs like "Coz I Luv You", "Cum On Feel The Noize" and "Get Down and Get With It". As the lead guitarist, Dave was also well known for his flamboyant stage clothes and hairstyles. He shares his memories of the time with Johnnie.

Also on the show, Johnnie digs out some of the best of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ archive, and another listener helps to add a classic seven-inch single into Johnnie's Jukebox.
