Fiona Stalker is joined by rock climber Dave Macleod.

He was once a shy youngster who hated sport, he's now a professional rock climber and author... Dave Macleod is Fiona's special guest. Staying with mountains we'll also be getting the lowdown on the Aviemore Mountain Festival and catching up with top female climber Natalie Berry. Plenty of colour in your garden? We sent our resident gardening expert Carole Baxter to The Cruickshank Botanic Gardens in Aberdeen earlier this week to find out how their wide range of blooms are coming on.

Staying with new arrivals we get an update from the RSPB's Jess Tomes on Loch Garten's resident Osprey couple, EJ and Odin and their potential wee ones!

Meanwhile, if you're heading to the Borders this weekend have you anything planned? Neil Robertson has plenty ideas to get you out and about. Are you taking part in the 2016 London Marathon this Sunday?! We hear how training is going for one entrant and get some top tips from former finisher Bryan Burnett! And if the thought of a marathon fills you with dread, we may have just the thing to get you motivated as Carl Greenwood from Paths for All tells us all about the charity's latest Step Count Challenge!
